I specialise exclusively in charities and social enterprise and have many years experience drafting bespoke governing documents for organisations of all types within the Sector.

Charities

I have over 10 year’s experience drafting governing documents (constitutions, company articles, trust deeds) and

I have a 100% track record of drafting in charitable format and successfully obtaining charity registration & HMRC charitable tax recognition for clients.

I do the incorporation process for charitable companies and advise organisation changing or updating their legal structure. I am also a member of the Charity Law Society.

Social Enterprises

I also have a particular affinity with social enterprises having mentored a diverse range of organisations and have considerable hands on experience advising on their legal structure and setting up social enterprises of all types, including Community Interest Companies (CICs) and the trading arms of charities.
